Rob has been surveying for over 30 years. Ten of those years working with his former partners Joe and Tom at LandMarker Geospatial, LLC. All three are graduates of N.J.I.T.’s surveying program. During those years at LandMarker Geospatial, LLC they lead the industry in using and developing new surveying technologies. After ten years the partners decided to pursue different interests and closed up shop. Rob went on to become the VP at one of Philadelphia’s largest union survey companies.

Often, he would receive requests for surveys to install a new fence. Unfortunately, the costs of operating a top-tier survey company would not allow him to offer an affordable price to the public. Seeing a need to provide surveys that people could actually afford, he decided to bring LandMarker Geospatial back to life with his two sons (as helpers) under a slightly different name “LandMarker Geospatial Surveying”
